Understanding and managing excluded email addresses

Email addresses in the excluded filter are email addresses who have a long history of never opening your emails or have been deemed unsafe to send to.  As a result we have moved them off of your active email list and will not send them future emails.  Please contact customer service at [e-mail] or 877-459-7627 to learn more about how to re-engage these email addresses.
