Removing “A message from…” that appears under your subject line when customers receive emails

“A message from…” displays at the top of your email so that it’s the first thing your customer will see other than the subject line. This is called the email pre-header. This aligns with email best practices, so that they’re getting a preview of your business. It is unable to be changed at this time.
