You must contact us before your current subscription period ends to avoid automatic renewal. If you are unsure when your automatic renewal is set to occur please contact us. Once we have received your cancellation request, you can log into your SnapRetail account and you will see a banner at the top of your account confirming your cancellation and telling you how many days you have left in your subscription.
