When you upload a spreadsheet or add customers one-at-a-time into SnapRetail you will be bound by our permission based marketing policy.

SnapRetail is a powerful e-marketing tool designed for permission-based communications. Our retailers use SnapRetail to send email communications to their customers and prospects. SnapRetail strictly forbids the use of the transmission of unsolicited "bulk" commercial email communications.

You are only permitted to use SnapRetail for sending email communications to individuals who have chosen to receive email communication from you through an opt-in process or by expressed consent.

A violation of this policy could result in a suspension of your SnapRetail account and/or a restriction in the ability for you to send emails from our system.
