Creating and scheduling your own email (without a pre-designed template)

You can create and schedule your own email from the Calendar.  The email will show on your Calendar as green once it is complete.

  • Navigate to Calendar in your SnapRetail account.
  • Click on any day on the Calendar and choose Email or click the Create button at the top left hand corner of the Calendar.
  • Design and complete your email by following the steps in the workflow. 
  • Choose Finish in step 3 and you will be directed back to your Calendar where you can view your email in green.
  • There are two ways to edit your scheduled email.
    • 1) Click on the email from the Calendar to edit everything.
    • 2) Drag the email to a new day to reschedule, or drag it off of the Calendar to delete.
