The physical address can be removed from the body of the email. However, it will still show in the footer of the email in small print. It is required by law for any business sending emails to tell the recipient where they are located. If you are an online-only business and do not wish to have your home address showing, a PO Box will suffice. For more information on this law please see #4 in this article about the Can-Spam Act.
Remove address from body of email:
Click the address in the template and click Delete (please note: you will need to do this each time you create an email if you do not want it to show in the body of the email).
Once you remove the address from the body of the email it will only show in the footer in small print:
