Turning on Auto Sync Per Customer List

Auto Sync Feature included in EDGE version 20.1 or newer and is available for Edge Prime premium subscribers only, please contact edgeprime@snapretail.com to upgrade. 

To enable the Auto Sync feature per Customer List:

  1. Navigate to the Customer tab
  2. Expand the Online Marketing menu on the left panel.
  3. Select Upload Group.

  4. Select your customer list from the drop-down menu. 
    • Learn how to create a Customer Group/Mailing List here.
  5. Deselect "Upload Primary Email Only"

  6. Select Upload
    • A successful upload will give the message "Complete - Result: 'OK'."
  7. Click Add Auto Sync

  8. Click OK
    • Successful enablement will produce the message "Complete - Result 'OK'."
