Auto Sync Feature included in EDGE version 20.1 or newer and is available for Edge Prime premium subscribers only, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to upgrade.
To enable the Auto Sync feature per Customer List:
- Navigate to the Customer tab
- Expand the Online Marketing menu on the left panel.
- Select Upload Group.
- Select your customer list from the drop-down menu.
- Learn how to create a Customer Group/Mailing List here.
- Deselect "Upload Primary Email Only"
- Select Upload
- A successful upload will give the message "Complete - Result: 'OK'."
- Click Add Auto Sync
- Click OK
- Successful enablement will produce the message "Complete - Result 'OK'."
