Customers not receiving emails

If your customers report that they are not receiving your marketing emails, it could be for a variety of reasons.  Here are a few things you can do to help your customers receive your emails. 

1. Check Spam, Promotion, Trash, and other folders. 

2. Have the customer search their inbox for noreply@snapretailemail.com

3. Check your customer list to see if the customer is Unsubscribed or on the Verification Pending lists. 

 

If you have tried all of these options and still cannot figure out why your customer is not receiving emails, you can email us at service@snapretail.com with your account information, your customer's email address, and we would be happy to look into the issue further.
