Emails appear that they're coming from

Your email will be delivered from to ensure the best deliverability, but your customers will see that it came from you, as specified in the From Name in the Email & Social Media Accounts section of your My Account profile.

The My Account section is found by clicking on the icon at the top right hand corner (silhouette of a person) and then click Account.

If you have your own domain and would like to change the “From Email Address” you'll need to edit your SPF record on your domain to include: and then please email us at and we can help you change your From Email Address.
