Adding customers from Shopify

  • Connect your Shopify account to SnapRetail following the instructions here
  • Once you are connected, all of the email addresses that accept marketing in your Shopify account will flow into your SnapRetail account automatically.
  • You'll find those email addresses on the Dashboard in SnapRetail under New Customer Sign Ups and on the Customers page under Customers of Note as New From Shopify.

  • In addition, you'll find any customer groups that were created in Shopify in your SnapRetail account under E-Commerce Searches.
