Resubscribing a customer

If a customer has unsubscribed, is hard bounced, or excluded they can resubscribe to your list through the email sign up form on your website or Facebook page. (assuming you are using the email collection forms from your SnapRetail account). After filling out the form, a verification email will be sent to that email address. After confirming their email address through that email they will be back on your active list.
